The advanced STK model offers everything the ambitious track rider needs plus alpha Racing’s Carbon Bodywork Package*. A fully equipped race bike that has everything it needs to roll straight to the starting grid. Due to the selected parts, it is possible to race this bike in nearly every STK series and championship.
* The Carbon Package wraps the bike in high-quality carbon. All bodywork components are replaced by aerodynamically optimized prepreg carbon parts. The perfect weight-to-strength ratio ensures increased protection for parts that are sensitive to falls, as well as increased performance thanks to the weight savings.
All SJBMW alpha Racing Bikes includes the SJBMW alpha Racing Setup Package. This setup package includes an individually tailored race bike and an introduction to the software management of the M Race Calibration Kit. Personal training to the extensive motorsport kit electronics (M RCK) as well as a mapping individually tailored to the rider. In addition, the suspension elements and the ride height are adjusted in-house at SJBMW by our Performance Suspension Tuning Professionals to the rider’s needs.
The RC-STK-M bike is based on OEM components of a BMW M 1000 RR (K66) (engine, main frame, swingarm, brake calipers, etc.) and is built and tuned by alpha Racing with alpha Racing Performance Parts.

The R 18 Classic is a modern cruiser with a nostalgic sense of BMW design. It reminds one of the first BMW cruisers suitable for touring. It also invokes timeless marks of our motorcycle history, such as with the white double pinstripe found on the R 18 Classic First Edition. The heart of the machine is obviously the boxer engine with the most displacement we have ever built. It is designed for relaxing tours and pure enjoyment.
Before delivery every race bike is given an extensive run-in process for the new engine and subsequent performance measurement on the dynamometer. In addition, after the running-in process, the running-in engine oil is exchanged for a fully synthetic engine oil recommended by BMW Motorrad and the oil filter is renewed. A check of the gearbox ensures that the gear shift function is working properly.
BMW Motorrad history is mainly about people sharing a passion: adventurers, dreamers, inventors, athletes, visionaries – those aiming to revolutionize the streets with great ideas on two wheels. 100 years of the “Make Life a Ride” spirit. In this spirit, we take the time to simultaneously look at our past and our future: at events and highlights in the anniversary year 2023. And lots of ideas are still to come. Join us to celebrate this monumental year.
