The 2024 BMW CE 04 is a handsome scooter that is offered in two color themes. One is Avantgarde, which is Imperial Blue metallic, and the other is Light White. This easy-to-handle scooter has a low center of gravity, giving the rider an enjoyable, stress-free riding experience. The electric motor puts out 42 horsepower and 45.7 lb.-ft. of torque. The driving range is 80 miles on a full charge, and charging time is about 65 minutes using the optional quick charge. The CE 04 tops out at 75 miles per hour.
